Bristle worm. Most bristle worms are harmless and infact good for your tank. They can in some cases become a pest when they get too large though. It's the fire bristle worm you have to watch out for....

for spot feeding a turkey baster works well. If you realy want to target feed , cut the bottom of a 2L or 1L pop bottle. Make sure it's clean first and then gently place over corals with the cap off....

I own a seio 820. It gives a much more wider flow than a max 1200. I also have a 1200 in my tank and it has a more direct flow where as the seio is more disbursed. I like the seio for that reason.
