Absolutely, good thing about inventronics is they have both the 0-10V dimming and PWM dimming built into each model. Unlike Mean Wells where you need to pick a D or P version. Inventronics do it all...

No fans correct. That whole unit is metal so should dissipate heat pretty good. You could install some 40mm fans on the end to draw air in and over the heatsinks if you wanted.
