I think aquascaping only counts for what is inside of the tank, not on the walls surrounding it.:mrgreen:

Valves are probably the best way, plus you will be able to adjust each output individually if you want. I don't have any, and I wish I would have installed them for the versitility they would have...

You are correct untamed. There will be little head loss because of actualy water pressure. The loss of flow will come with the number of elbows and pipe diameter restrictions you place on the system....

I try to stick to bi-weekly water changes of between 15 to 25% depending on what the tank looks like. I usually test my CA, MG and ALK every other week as well. Unless something doesn't seem right,...

I use a lawnmower blennie, and a recently purchased urchin. My regal tang and bi-color nip at it occasionally as well. Nutreint export is always best, but if it get out of hand your could try this...

I chose $5000-$10000 because that is what I've spent in the past 6 year to get to where I'm at right now. By no means is my current system worth that much money, maybe $3000 to $4000 all inclusive.

I'm not sure if they have a maximun pressure rating. Might be something to look into though.
