Very common and easy to get.
Sucks though b/c in my experience they are nearly impossible to get to eat.
Called a pyramid or triangle butterfly on the sheets from the phillipines and sri lanka...

IMO Renas are better...
Consider as well....eheims they are an even better filter in regards to biological filtration.
Depends on what the sytem is like and you would like to accomplish.
