I really like the back wall of the hex tank. It gives the tank a certain mysterious feeling. Very cool.

I used to live up the street from this little fish store that I acquired many of my cichlids from. (Tanks a Lot) They had a very unsuccessful reef tank setup that I never found that spectacular....

If the sand has waste material in it, it will likely cause an amonia or nitrate spike. I've always found it best to rinse new sand prior to adding it to any system.

I checked on the colonies this morning and the cap looked fine with the trimming it got. The prostrata has RTN'd more. I'll likely loose the entire colony, along with all of the frags I made last...
