WTB - 250W electronic ballast (other components found)

I've found a pendant for lighting for my new sump/grow out tank but I still need a ballast to drive it. Preferably an ARO or Icecap electronic ballast.

Yeah as long as they're not mounted on any rock then the're ok. It's the live rock that's CITES, I believe that even a small piece with a frag attached would still require a permit.
