Base Rock

I got some base rock, was live, but has been dry for a month or two. I am not sure how many LBS exactly, but probably some where around 20 - 30. Some really nice pieces.. but they are not huge....

Canister filters in my opinion are just fine so long as you regularly clean them. On your FOWLR system I would not worry much at all. It is mostly the reef tank that should not have the canister...

Did you guys microwave the epoxy first. I noticed that when I did that, the epoxy hardened a lot faster with little clouding. I used 2 sticks on 34gals.
