I used Weldon, can't remember exactly which number but I think Weldon #04. It has the consistency of water and melts / welds the two surfaces together.

I've finally got the 600Gal up and running and am now selling my 90Gal cube as the fish have all been relocated.

Tank specs are 30" x 30" x 24" tall starfire with black silicone....
