Lymphocystis
That looks like lymphocystis. Usually signs of the disease includes warts on fins, skin and gills in which your angelfish has. Most cases, the disease will resolve on its own after some time.

It could be possible it ate your gsp as coral beauty angelfish is more prone into stony and soft corals in which the gsp coral is.
