Running it lower as my smaller fish don't like too much flow.

Upgraded my return pump from a Cobalt Aquatics...

Upgraded my return pump from a Cobalt Aquatics MJ-1200 to a Jebao DC-2000.

Have it connected to my Apex currently running at 65%. Much, much happier with it.
