coralvue ballast

i am looking at getting a dual 250w coralvue ballast. anyone have them, or anyone hear good or bad on them. noticed that they are now coming out with a Dimmable option on them. what is that exactly....

agree. but most tangs if you can get them small. u can keep them in that tank but i don't think u want too many other fish in there. after a year or so when they get bigger sell them or buy bigger...

thats funny, cause i have the same problem with my tomato clown, which is about 1.5" big.. usually what i ahve to do is get a net and for the first hour get the clown into it and leave him in there...

i don't mine spending extra money on something different and that no one else would really have. but i think the most i would spent on a fish would be 100-150 and for coral 125-175..
