The colours look a little bizarre, but I guess that is part of the intent. It gives it a bit of a surreal look.

And hey, at least it's not a copter cat, right?...

The best? I'd say the GHL Mitras is a pretty nice unit. Might be a little overkill on a fuge, but I don't know how you like to spend money.

The plus side is it can grow anything from coral to...

Do you have any idea how much swimming room those volcanoes need? Also they grow extremely fast so you'll need to upgrade in a couple of weeks time.

Setup looks sweet right now, can't wait to see...

I know right.
I spend most of my alone time crying about missed coral opportunities.

But I guess ultimately it fits into the same 15 second category as clicking on a thread to find the item has...

I think the inability to edit threads here is just fine.
As said, if everyone went back into their own thread and put SOLD at the end of it, there wouldn't be an issue, both from the prospective...

Not to stir the pot or anything, but for what it's worth, there are actually four tangs in his 25 gallon cube.

Just sayin'.

Good idea on the stand drawer.

Did you get some acrylic yet? Good news about doing g acrylic in tank is that you can integrate teeth into it for your overflow.

Why not get the 30" FNI fixture?
Its actually the same as the 24" fixture, just longer so it looks a little more adequate over the tank. I ordered the same one since I didn't like the shortened look...

Looking good.
Great idea on the extra support for the overflow. That must make for good peace of mind.

Just one question though... What's the difference between regular sewing and vogue sewing?

Yes, I think the tank is sufficiently lit. Don't get me wrong, if I wasn't changing tanks around in the near future, I would probably look at a second unit, but for a 30" tank I think the light is...

Unfortunately there is less spotlighting than I had wanted. In my new tank that will be set up in a couple of weeks, I had wanted to isolate a section of rock from the rest of the tank. I think my...

I'm currently running a single Vega over my 65 gallon (36x18x24). It spreads sufficiently from end to end. The idea of needing two of these lights over a 29 gallon is laughable really.

I think that's a perfect amount of rock. Sparse enough to have lots of open room, but substantial enough that your coral has room on the rock and some to grow also.

Looking good! Can't wait to...

Coming along nicely!

I love the looks of ADA tanks, but I single-handedly blame them for perpetuating the misconception of a cube. ;)

Keep up the good work!

Looking good, are you having Concepts building you an identical tank for your discus?
The Eheim 1262 has nearly 12' of head capability, so I think 5' with a few elbows should be fine.
