If you're going to go Zeo, get used to visiting the Zeo forums often. :D They will help lots, Zeo is not an easy system to find the right balance in my experience.

Usually nothing. Often though one is faster grower than the other and can smother the other. Usually it is bigger polyps smothering smaller polyps, but not always.
