Thanks guys got most of the curve out of the hoses. Hopefully once tank water starts running through them it will help a little more. I will defiantly look for a stiffer hose next time.

Looks like I am just around 400w to run the tank. that includes lights(120w), return pump(31w), protein skimmer(20w), Powerheads(30w), ATO(5w), heaters(200w).

I looked at cardinals but I can't say they were my favourite fish. As for the fairy wrasse it seems all the ones I liked are not in a price range I find reasonable.
