I have since cut this back to twice a week at 2...

It depends what kinds of coral you're planning on keeping. Some prefer high flow, some prefer very little flow. What's your plan?

I love the Koralias myself. I'd go for the nano.

I'm noticing on the SPS in my system that PE is crazy at night. Big fuzzy love all over the place. But during the day, it's definitely much much less.

FWIW, I lived 6 degrees from the equator, and it was daylight for 12 hours (7:30-ish to 7:30-ish) every day of the year!

I run my lighting from 11-11...with an hour of lights out from 3:30-4:30...
