A tip if you have a clear tub that you can cut some hole in to & cover the clam it will keep the CBB from picking at it for the time being.

The 116gal has been up since June & my office...

The 116gal has been up since June & my office tank since August. I also know of several other people who's tank were built using SCS 1200 that have been up twice as long.
