Question about curing JLs LR... should I be picking off all the sponge off it? I think it's dead. Doesn't sponge die when it's exposed to air? This rock has been in the air a lot. And it stinks far...

Yeah, the Africans pale in comparison to a reef tank... I keep both tanks side by side and the freshwater tank is starting to look a little drab in comparison. :mrgreen:

What's the difference with Southdown? Is it just a brand of aragonite, or is it a type of...
