Anemones generally don't do well in captivity. There are reefers who have had them for 3-4+ years, but from what I have heard/read, the average life span is something like 1-2 years...

That should be plenty of lighting for anything except SPS probably. That being, the softies/LPS you choose will prefer different heights in tank, some will like being higher up with stronger...

No, the substructure will only be covering my 2" drain, the returns will have flared ends directing flow 'up' my two walls and around my centerpiece rock formation/overhang.

What do you think...

My parents got a couple of those installed in their new house they are building, just for normal lighting. I gotta say, they are very bright (in a good way), much better than fluorescent lighting....

I haven't had any salt creep on my locline before my 75G tear down... It's all under water and sealed with teflon tape.

I think the 40G breeders are around $95.... I'd like to setup a 40G breeder reef.. they are getting pretty...
