yes there were, and there were also IceCap claims that turned out to be false... problem is it is so easy to fuge readings with these sensors.. hell I can make a 100 watt light bulb put out more PAR...

the PFO is a true M80 ballast which is the proper ballast for the DE bulbs. it will run it properly not overdrive it. Most electronic ballast underdrive the bulbs, IceCap being one of them.

Um, sounds almost perfect to me, thoes are pretty much the numbers I shot for in my tank. I maintained 380 Ca and about 12 alk and found that was the best numbers for growth and color in my tank.

the only reason I don't think it would be the best as the overflow is in the corner of the back wall fairly high up. with a long overflow you will have no movment at one end which gets progressivly...
