you might want to mount a 1x4 or a strip of 3/4 plywood to your ceiling first,then mount the track.it will be stronger in the long run

the double track will.i know they come in 8' lenths,not sure about 10'.they are 3 1/8 wide,2 5/8 deep.all hardwear is included with them

go to cascade aqua seal on norland -just past 8 rinks on the left hand side and get newflex 333 aquarium silicone.i usualy get it in clear,but they probably have it in black
