i have a 28g Nano cube HQI, my lights went out last week, finally got a replacement bulb for it, put it in and now still no light/spark up. im suspecting it is the ballast/gear box, but no one...

Since the lights are the best part of the whole tank setup I'd like to see $800 but we can negotiate....what do you think is reasonable?
