It might be no use to you but you can get them for $1 each or less at Edwin Gaynor in the U.S. However, the minimum order is $50. Same PC end caps for CSL.

Hey guys what the current exchange rate for Canadian dollars to U.S. I tried to get those actinic T8 03 bulbs but cost $20 each.
That's the same as buying a URI VHO.
