Ya exactly. But looks like there is a silver lining :D Funny how word travels sometimes, I have a couple choices now I think. An old friend just emailed me with another job possibility too.

It does seem like residential Electricians are allways in high demand, But the low wages, cut throat competition, it's not for me. I'm an industrial electrician, PLC's Analog control's etc. Thats fun :D

why don't you put an aplication in at the mine in kamloops. there is a new one starting up also.
