could someone please tell me how can I make a poll?

you take a
P
O
L
L and add them to gether to get a POLL ROLMAO

you open up a new thread and then at the bottom of the page there is a box to click for starting a poll.

Then you will add what ever you have for a poll starter and then click submit
then you will put in your poll to what you need and click submitt again.
