i still cant believe this happened and i probably shouldnt be on here tonight but right now i dont know where to vent. the kids and i just left my parents house from dinner, last thing i remember is seeing the light pole and we flipped off lougheed a couple times and landed on the drivers side of the car. my kids ( 4 and 2) and i are totally fine no injuries or anything but damn so much COULD have happened. we landed 8 feet from the railroad tracks that about 5 minutes after we got out of the car a train came by full speed. i try and keep myself from thinking of the 'what ifs' because everything was ok but ah man. i gotta go........

Holey crap !!!

I am so very very glad to hear that everyone is alright!! That is the most important thing!! Take it easy for a bit because even if you check out OK you can get sore necks and stuff a couple days afterwards...

That is some embankment. I can't believe there isn't a guardrail or anything...

We're so sorry this has happened to you!

What a relief to hear that you and your children are all well and not hurt....what a huge blessing.

Take it easy for the next few days and be sure to get into your doctor right away if you or your children start stiffining up.

You're in our thoughts.

Be well,
Sarina

Yeah, I think the "what if's" after an accident like that are the worst part of it all....don't let yourself dwell on it too much! Glad to hear everyone is safe.

Happy to hear that you are all ok. Always scary going in a direction that cars aren't meant to go.
