I have a friend who is selling their 48" lights but is totally unsure what they should be asking.

The name on the light says Mechatronics brand US12-A12.

It has 2 metal Halide bulbs 175 Watts and 2 Flourescant (Not PC) Atinics at 95 Watts. She was thinking of asking $500.00.

Bulbs are 7 months old. Unit is about a year and a half old.

Any help would be appreciated.

Depends on how quickly she wants to sell it. Any price $400 & below will probably find a quick buyer. $500, she might find a buyer but I've never heard of that brand. Suggest you google it & see what a new unit goes for. Then figure on dropping the full retail price by 25-40% since the bulbs are about half gone.

HTH,

Anthony

Google turns up nothing on Mechatronics.

I was told the bulbs were Coralife.

What would be the cost of replacing these bulbs?

Depends on the brand, but anywhere from $60-$100 pre bulb for the better known (and usually) better quality brands.
