Neptune Apex jr question

So I bought a neptune apex jr yesterday. Plugged it in and its just a blank blue screen on the display module... Does anyone know what the issue might be? Maybe a defective unit?

At first I was. So I upgraded all I could. And now it says web page unavailable.... Also I should mention something on the apex seems to be clicking in approx 5 or 10 sec intervals. Status light is flashing green.

did you clear your cookies and update the web pages?

So the verdict is out. The actual apex module was defective. I tried my original display with a new module and it worked fine. returned it today and got a whole new unit.
