All packages will be packed with the utmost care.  In the event that the product is damaged during shipment, you must e-mail us within one day after receipt of package.  A claim will then be filed with UPS and only then, will a replacement sent out at no additional cost.

Because all items are made per order, there will be no refund available after products are shipped.

Order cancellation is subjected to a 20% fee.
