A ++++++ AGAIN this is huge
Well Jeff went above and beyond on the skimmer the Vertex 170 amazing skimmer however not that big enough for my system./ it was to small and after he saw this from my quote and offered to buy it back from me .. that blew me away
THIS IS WHY THEY ARE GREAT TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.... you can't get better then that.....

I'm flattered guys - this made my Friday morning. Thank you very much for the kind words, I'll pass the thoughts on to the team here.
For those interested, I'll confirm that J&L stands for John & Lisa, the two individuals who started this business out of their apartment closet many moons ago.

thanks for the 20 K bulbs Jeff the XM 's really rock and that Strainer that i put into my overflow , wow something so small ,but yet it was what I needed .. thanks again. now if I can just get my skimmer problems sorted out I would be happy........
