The right kind of customer service!
I recently placed an order with J&L where they accidentally shipped the product to my old address on their files rather than the current address. I let them know as soon as I saw that there was going to be a problem and they got back to me right away and re-issued my order to the right address.
I have to say that this is the kind of service that I've come to really appreciate from J&L and I plan to continue to give them my business!

J&L's customers service is top notch...they have good staff running the store i.e the big guy John,Ben and also Jeff

Haha...aren't you the curious one...I got plumbing parts in order to keep working on my build. You wouldn't believe how hard it is to find 1 1/2" strainers in the Okanagan. |

IMO,most if not all the vendors on Canreef have pretty good customer service.that's why we buy our reef stuff from them,we just each have our fav store
