The letters are from the first names of the people who formed the company back in 1997.

It is J=John L=Laura. I started dealing with them before they even had a retail location, only sold clean up crews back in the day, maybe some rock too IIRC. They would deliver my orders to Abbotsford for free when they came out to visit family.
