Yes there was a one off credit back promotion in the USA done as a test, but Ecotech told us it did nothing for sales and hard to police, so they decided not to repeat it instead relying on market stability, meaning everyone pays the same all year round (or should do) then nobody ever feels hard done by, it also eliminates supply chain peaks and troughs in the market throughout the year. |
