I recently placed an order with J&L where they accidentally shipped the product to my old address on their files rather than the current address. I let them know as soon as I saw that there was going to be a problem and they got back to me right away and re-issued my order to the right address.

I have to say that this is the kind of service that I've come to really appreciate from J&L and I plan to continue to give them my business!
