Amazing Service: CAD Lights Conic Bio-Reactor
I just wanted to publicly thank you for the amazing service I've received from you with regards to my CAD Lights Conic Bio-Reactor: which had several manufacturer's deficiencies.
How quickly you resolved the issue, by sending out a replacement reactor to me lightening fast (before I had even shipped the faulty one back to you . . . which I'll be doing this weekend), is greatly appreciated.
The replacement CAD Lights Conic Bio-Reactor is perfect, and is running flawlessly. The bio-pellets have amazing movement, and it is clear that not only did I purchase the right product for me, I purchased it from the right retailer.
