Latest experience (good)
We venture down to J&L time to time, or make it part of our lower mainland excursions. We grabbed a Thrive frag tree off them only to assemble it and find that it didn't come with suction cups (missing). I emailed the store and without question, proof of purchase or anything - they offered the necessary parts. I asked if they could snail mail it to me due to being out of town, and they did!
Things like that don't go un-noticed and is what will continue to bring us back. Here's to ongoing J&L success!

Ive always had good experiences with j&l and its my go to for hardware and dry goods. Tried another online storea a few times, which is also a sponsor here and have regretted it every time.

JL rocks!!! I have had unforeseen issues in the past, none of them their fault. But they did what was needed to help me out. I too will always recommend them.
