real reef rock

Hey everyone. I have currently dismantled my aquarium in fight of plague algaes etc from what im sure is phosphates leaching from old live rock. I am contemplating buying the real reef rock from J AND L Aquatics because of the many upsides being, no pests, ready to go right away, and looks half decent until coralline populates. Has anyone used this and what are your reviews on this? I would start with dry rock but just dont have the time for the curing. Any input would be great. Thanks
