WTB WTT Livve Rock and Sand in Victoria

I have a tank move in the very near future and I am trying to start fresh with some pest-free live rock and sand (not necessarily live).

I could use 60-70 pounds.

I have a fair bit of *stuff* as well that I could trade.

Looking for this on southern Vancouver Island.
