Good luck. I love leopard wrasses but they are notoriously hard to get to eat in captivity. I have two like yours and an ornate leopard wrasse (all eating mysis), but I feed frequently in their tank.

Default Mine eat pellets and whatever I happen to feed

If you have an established tank they can hunt for a while so they don't starve and eventually the other fish will train them to eat pellets. Works for me because I seldom feed frozen - stinks up the basement too much for my liking.
