Default Whales in aquarium?

I’ve read something interesting that saying if we keep a shark in aquarium, it will stunt its growth. So shark in a fish tank will grow 8 inches, but in the ocean it will grow to 8 feet or more.

But what a bout if we put a baby whale in aquarium? Will its growth be stunt too? Because they can weight up to 200 tonnes!
