Default Are there any chemicals to kill all aptasia?

Hey everyone,

I am setting up a new tank right now which is still cycling. I was examining one of the rocks and noticed that there are 3 or 4 aptasia, and I think a few majano anemones as well. I'm sure there are more that I simply cannot see and I was wondering if there is an effective chemical or additive I can add to the tank that will wipe out all the pest anemones. Will this affect the cycle, Is joe's juice pretty much my only option?

Thanks in advance.

Justin

Use the Search function, located on the left, for "aptasia". There are lots of threads covering this topic.
