Chris,

That's Prolifera caulerpa. Excellent for nutrient export & my seahorses loved them in their seahorse refugium.

My rabbit loves the stuff. Any truth to the rumor that it may not be good for fish Anthony?

Chris/Anthony
Excuse my ignorance but is the Prolifera caulerpa beneficial or ornamental (or a problem) as a macro in main tank?

I've been told that most fish don't eat Prolifera, at least not as readily as grape or feather caulerpa. Not sure if there are any chemical "protectants" in the plants to make them less tasty. I had a fowlr full of fish though that went nuts on all my macro at one point & cleared the tank clean.

I find that prolifera looks beautiful in the display, & it's not as invasive as grape caulerpa.

It's not too bad to rip out of there if it gets too much.
