I have seen the green in bulk but not the purple in Canada

I have only ever seen the green packs of 100, never any other color.

just not in Canada

I get the red at our health food store in Vernon. Its dried not roasted from Japan. Being health food store costs a bit more but food grade organic

Years ago I bought it from ocean aquatics in delta unfortunately they are no longer in business I know it was made by 2 little fishies company I would think jl could get it in.

You should consider trying Dulse, it's a purple seaweed harvested on the east coast. My tangs devour it.....they will chose it over nori every time when both are presented. You can pick it up at Saveon Foods and Choices Markets here in Vancouver. Bonus........it is also considered delicious by many humans

I'll have to go look up Dulse sheets. My fish have always been happy getting a Nori sheet as a treat. Those I get from the Korean store across from the old Island Pets on North Road or a Sunshine Mkt in Chinatown.
