Looks like vermitid. (Sp?)

Can reach plague proportions in which they become a nuisance to surrounding corals as they send out feeders that will irate corals.

Typically flourish in tanks that are heavily fed.

Scrape em off, crush them. Putty them up.

Hasn't been a proven natural predator for eradication.

There's definitely a vermetid snail there, but everything on the glass looks like spirorbid worms?

Vermetid snails and the white things are possible Vermetid snails babies. Did you observe in your tank a bunch of white spec on your glass one day?

Am I reading the reply right, the brown thing on the red pipe is a vermatid snail?

Not sure about the brown thing, but on your white pvc you will see two of them on the bottom left hand side.
