Default Do you know what today is? (Not just Friday the 13th)

Digitally, time in terms of "seconds past Jan 1, 1970, GMT". (Dates preceding the Epoch are negative numbers.) Sometimes just called "Unix time"..

Anyhow today the clock will run past 1234567890. For me at GMT-7 that will be 4:31pm, for folks in BC that's 3:31.

So: Happy 1234567890 day everyone!

Yes, I really do pay attention to these sorts of things.

Wow, something else for me to geek out on... thanks I just spent 20 minutes reading stuff about this and trying to figure out what you were talking about

Anxiously awaiting going to work so I can impress my coworkers with yet more useless knowledge. I know they love it. Secretly.

I just googled my brother who is a "weird fact" genius and he confirmed...so Tony, now I will consider you just like my brother...a weird fact genius! Ask my brother about some obscure thing and he WILL know it! I wonder where on earth you guys learn something like this.

Thanks Tony for the interesting heads up! Happy 1234567890 to you!

I've run into this in PHP every now and then. I'm only a wannabe hack-nerd tho. Cool news!
