LF 40G breeder

I am looking for a 40G breeder with 36"w*18"d*16"h within 15Km of south Burnaby. Preferably drilled on the back and with a sliding top. Want to set up a 2 step sump in my craw space so the looking is not an issue as long as the silicon is in good condition.
