Thanks Ruth, I think I will be doing a full rework of the aquascape here shortly. Placing coral 1/2" from the water might make them look nice but its a VERY fast way to bleach them.

You and Mr.Reefwars need to stop by for a beer here shortly!

Brought some samples into the lab today, black and whites are with brightfield/ DIC microscopy and the colored are using florescent microscopy (FITC/ TRITC filters).

The colored photos are two images imposed on each other, yellow notifies co localization of both pigments.
