Default Garlic

Does anyone feed garlic to their fish?
I remember reading it was great for fish health once in awhile.
If so what are the techniques do you use to soak fish food in garlic?

I used to feed my frozen mysis, soaked in garlic and the fish loved it. Only reason I stopped was I couldn’t find a garlic additive readily available at the LFS.
