Yes, this is/was the Maxspect Riptide Gyre Generator. They have dropped the "Riptide" part of the name going forward.

Everything is still on schedule and expected mid to end of this month. Photos of the Controller for the Gyre have been released. Here is what it will look like.

Nice! I was reading that they might abandon the alternating gyre and was sad. Nice tyo see it is still an option
