Default my frags have this white sponge on them

my frags have this white sponge on them seems to be suffcating them, some of the zoos you can barely see because of this white sponge
any help

most likely a cryptic sponge.it will filter water through it,s body.if you want to get rid of it ,expose it to air

I have seen sponge smother zoa a bit. Best to clean it off. The zoa will grow faster.
