Default Nitrate Question

Hello Everyone just wondering what to use to remove Nitratr from my 220g tanks besides H2O changes is their any media or sponges i could use??

less feeding is a big one.

nitrate reactor...

zeovit...

usually though if water changes aren't enough to remove high nitrates then something's up. too many fish or too much feeding or the like

More flow, more rock, less bioload, better skimmer, macro algae.
